The free consultation

Every order comes with a consultation with one of our seven doctors, and you may use it before buying rather than after. If you are not sure which product suits your skin or hair, or whether any of them does, ask us first. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need something we do not sell, and we would rather say so than take the money.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to settle it within one month.
