This website is operated by SAPDERM NATURALS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under LLPIN ACN-2267. By placing an order you agree to what follows.

What we sell

Ayurvedic cosmetics for skin and hair, made in small batches in Kerala. They are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for seeing a doctor about a condition that needs one.

Our products contain plant material, and any plant material can cause a reaction in someone. Please read the ingredients on each product page and patch test before first use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or being treated for a skin condition, speak to your own doctor before using anything new.

The free consultation

We offer a free consultation with one of our doctors before you buy. It is general guidance on whether a product suits you, given in good faith. It does not create a doctor and patient relationship, it is not a substitute for examination, and it should not be relied on in place of medical care for anything serious.

Orders and prices

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order, and we may decline one — if a product is out of stock, if the address is one we cannot deliver to, or if we believe the order is not genuine.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is obviously wrong through our error, we will tell you and cancel rather than charge you the wrong amount.

Payment

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details are entered on their systems and never reach ours. Cash on delivery is available with a collection fee.

Delivery, refunds and replacements

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying products of the quality described, properly packed and correctly labelled. Where something goes wrong that is our doing, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Our content

The text, photographs, product names and branding on this site belong to SAPDERM NATURALS LLP. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Thodupuzha, Idukki, Kerala have jurisdiction.

Grievances

Our grievance officer under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 is Narayanan Amrutha, reachable at sapdermnaturals@gmail.com or +91 79074 12256. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
