Shipping and Delivery

We despatch from Kerala and deliver across India.

What it costs

Delivery is free on orders over ₹750.00. Below that delivery is ₹60.00, shown in your basket before you pay — there is never a charge added after checkout.

Cash on delivery carries an additional collection fee of ₹30.00, which is what the courier charges us for handling the cash. Paying online avoids it.

How long it takes

We aim to despatch within two working days of receiving your order. Everything is made in small batches, and occasionally we wait for one to be released from quality checks rather than send you something we are not sure of.

Delivery time after despatch is the courier’s, not ours. Within Kerala it is usually two to four days, and elsewhere in India it varies with distance and with conditions we do not control. We will send you the tracking number when your parcel leaves us, and after that the courier’s tracking is more current than anything we could tell you.

Addresses

Please check your address and PIN code carefully at checkout. We despatch to the address exactly as given, and a parcel returned because the address was wrong or nobody was there can be sent again at your cost.

If a parcel is delayed or does not arrive

Message us with your order number and we will chase the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will replace it or refund it in full — see our refunds policy.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, photograph it before opening and film the unboxing. Our refunds policy explains why we ask, and what happens next.
