Privacy Policy

SAPDERM NATURALS LLP collects the least it can and keeps it no longer than it must. This page says exactly what that means.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and delivery address, so we can send you what you ordered.
• Your email address, if you give us one.
• What you ordered, when, and what you paid.
• Anything you tell us in a consultation or a message.

We do not collect card numbers, UPI IDs or bank details. Those are entered on Razorpay’s systems and never reach ours. We see only whether a payment succeeded, and a reference number for it.

Why we have it

To take your order, deliver it, answer you when you write, and keep the records a manufacturer is required to keep. Records of what was sold and which batch it came from are how a recall works — so those we keep for as long as the law requires, which is longer than you might expect.

Who else sees it

• The courier — your name, address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
• Razorpay — the payment details you enter with them directly.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store the site and its records.
• Anyone we are legally obliged to tell, if it comes to that.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.

Health information

If you tell us about your skin or hair during a consultation, that is sensitive and we treat it so. It is seen only by the doctor you spoke to, and it is not used for marketing.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is stored in your own browser and never leaves it until you place an order. Signing in to the back office sets a session cookie, which is for staff rather than customers.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to people who need it and protected by individual passwords. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

What you can ask for

Write to us and you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless a record is one we are legally required to keep — an invoice, or the batch trail behind a product you were sent.
